Two days into Daniel’s time in the hospital, on April 15, Chody tweets out a cheerful tweet to his fans.

April 16th, while Daniel is still unresponsive, Chody makes sure to post another cute dog photo to keep his fans happy, and reply to their comments.

The next day, the day before Daniel passed away, Chody gives us a special treat and the cute dog photo is a K9 actually working.

He makes up for the lack of cute dog photo by using a cute baby photo.

But he just can’t help himself, we get our daily dose of cute dog photos after all that night.

On the day of Daniel’s death, before he is removed from life support, we, of course, get a cute dog photo from Chody.

Exactly one minute after Daniel is removed from life support and 20 minutes before he passes away, Chody squeezes in one more cute dog photo.

The Texas Rangers investigated Daniel’s death. “Upon information and belief, the individual Defendants, Williamson County, and other employees of Williamson County knew this information days and weeks before Daniel’s death, and further had an opportunity to have Daniel removed from the facility to obtain appropriate treatment.”

The Sheriff of Williamson County was also ordered to take Daniel into custody and deliver him to such facility. …the Sheriff of Williamson County simply continued to incarcerate Daniel…to punish him and violate the court’s order.

To date, Chody has not released a statement about the death. He did, however, file the in-custody death with Jail Standards late and reported that Daniel was not exhibiting any medical issues prior, which is a lie.
